Taijiquan, entanglement. Wrapping is like screw-shaped movement on the skin. Usually, sports always use this energy. Therefore, when dealing with people, it naturally acts on the skin without knowing it, not long after it can't. Its methods are: entanglement in, entanglement out; left entanglement, right entanglement; upper entanglement, lower entanglement; inner entanglement, external entanglement; Shun entanglement, reverse entanglement, big entanglement, small entanglement. It is not only the principle that Yin and Yang are rooted in each other, but also that Zhongqi should act in the meantime. Or as a soft hand, how can a soft hand handle things? If we look at it as a sign, it seems that it is hard, so we think it is soft. / The rules of the whole body are as follows: tightening the collar, supporting the crotch and closing it; loosening the shoulders, sinking the ribs, closing the hands together, closing the chest forward; looking at the hand without looking at it; not collapsing, calm in the chest; knees together, waist down; feet often hooking, must be front and back together; the outside shape is beautiful as a virgin, not arrogant, a quiet leisure. God, is full of elegant rules. As for the hands, their tradeoffs are all based on the heart, things to adapt to the natural combination of advance and retreat, priority and priority. / This Tai Chi's Yin and Yang stop each other, without much bias, and for the wonderful use of opening and closing, is its Tao shallow and fresh?!

Taijiquan takes silk-winding technique as its basic technique. If it is spirally wound on the skin and always uses this strength in boxing practice, it will naturally come out of the skin when dealing with people, but it can not be felt by itself. But this reaction will not occur if you do not follow this method for a long time. Its methods are: entanglement in, entanglement out; left entanglement, right entanglement; upper entanglement, lower entanglement; inner entanglement, external entanglement; Shun entanglement, reverse entanglement, big entanglement, small entanglement. These methods of entanglement are all accomplished under the impetus of internal gas. These originate from the principle of the unity of opposites of the interdependence, interaction and transformation between yin and yang. Perhaps some people think that this kind of entanglement is a soft hand, but if it is a soft hand, then how can we resolve our efforts to make ourselves safe in dealing with others? From the superficial point of view, its magic does not seem to be strong and powerful, so some people think it is a soft hand.

The requirements and specifications for the various parts of the body are as follows: the head is straight and slightly upward; the crotch underpinning is round and solitary, and the strength is closed inside but not outside; the shoulders are loose and drooping, and the elbows sink naturally; the hands should be in the upper and lower, left and right, front and back positions, and the left and right breasts should be closed forward to promote the chest to contain; the eyes should not be looked aside, and the hands should always be kept in the body. Front; neck should not slacken and tilt head, calm and calm mind; knees should be slightly buckled, the strength will be closed but not scattered, while the waist strength sinks; feet should focus on the hook, and the front and back should be closed. The exterior appearance should be as dignified and implicit as a girl, with no air of publicity and arrogance, revealing a calm, elegant and leisurely manner, showing a refined demeanor. As for how to move in the hands, this will be guided by the mind, following the opponent's advance and effort should naturally be in line with the advance and retreat, priorities, priorities and other matters. That is to say, according to the momentum, the advance is advancing, the retreat is retreating, the slow is slow, the urgent is urgent, the light is light, the heavy is heavy.

The principle on which Taijiquan is based is the law of Yin-Yang balance transformation. That is to say, Yin and Yang are mutually reinforcing, and the five Yin and five Yang are not partial to each other. Only in this way can its opening and closing be balanced and just right and effective. This is the inherent principle of Taijiquan. How can we say that it is simple but not vivid and profound?


太极拳缠丝劲论


一、原文


太极拳,缠法也。缠法如螺丝形运于肌肤之上,平时运动恒用此劲,故与人交手,自然此劲行乎肌肤之上,而不自知,非久于其道不能也。其法有:进缠,退缠;左缠,右缠;上缠,下缠;里缠,外缠;顺缠,逆缠,大缠,小缠。而要莫非以中气行乎其间,即引即进,皆阴阳互为其根之理也。或以为软手,手软何能接物应事?若但以迹象视之,似乎不失于硬,故以为软手。/其周身规矩:顶劲上领,裆劲下去要撑圆,要合住;两肩松下,两肋沉下,两手合住,胸向前合;目不旁视,以手在前者为的;顶不可倒塌,胸中沉心静气;两膝合住劲,腰劲下去;两足常用钩劲,须前后合住劲;外面之形,秀若处女,不可带张狂气,一片幽闲之神,尽是大雅风规。至于手中,其权衡皆本于心,物来顺应,自然合进退、缓急、轻重之宜。/此太极之阴阳相停,无少偏倚,而为开合之妙用也,其为道岂浅鲜哉?!


二、译文


太极拳以缠丝技术作为拳术的基本技法。它如螺旋缠丝行运在肌肤上面,平时练拳始终运用这种劲力,那么在与人交手时这种劲力就会自然地从肌肤上使发出来,而自已却是感受不到的。但如不是长期按照这种方法练习是不会产生这种反应的。其法有:进缠,退缠;左缠,右缠;上缠,下缠;里缠,外缠;顺缠,逆缠,大缠,小缠。这些缠法,都是在内气的催动下并顺其来力而完成的。而这些来源于阴阳之间相互依存、相互作用、相互转化这一对立统一关系的原理。或许有人认为这种缠法是软手,但如真是软手,那么在与人交手时又怎能化解来力而使自已安然无事呢?从表面的现象上看,其法术似乎不显刚劲和强力,所以才有人认为是软手。


其缠法,对身体各部位的要求和规范是:头容端正,略含向上顶起之意;裆部下撑呈圆孤形,劲力内合而不外散;两肩松驰下垂,两肘自然下沉,两手在上下、左右、前后位置要对应相合,左右两胸咯向前合而促使胸部内含;目光不可旁视,双手要始终保持在身体的前面;颈部不可怠懈而使头部偏沉歪斜,心气要沉稳平和;两膝略内扣,将劲力合住而不外散,同时腰劲下沉;两脚着力内钩,并前后对应把力合住。外在仪表要象少女那样端庄含蓄,不带有张扬和狂妄之气,透露出一副安然自得、飘逸幽闲的神态,尽显儒雅风范。至于手中如何动作,这将由心意领发,顺随对手的进身和来力自然地应合进退、缓急、轻重等事宜。即依据机势,该进则进、该退则退、该缓则缓、该急则急、该轻则轻、该重则重。


太极拳法所依据的原理是阴阳平衡转化规律。即阴阳相济、五阴五阳并对而互不偏少。只有这样,其开合才能立于平衡,并恰到好处而行之有效。这就是太极拳法的内在原理,怎能说简单浅显而不生动深刻呢?
